Anyway, ytd so was supposed to be my last day of job. However, the new colleague just joined the company and i was 'begged' by the HR dpt to stay for another week to help out. Initially, my manager wanted me to extend till 31st jan cos he will be going on vacation. But that stupid MD wrote in the email, which i happen to read it, " A temp staff won't help much in purchasing " eh, come on lah, i have to been doing it all these while pls. Just because she is the MD, she can look down on temp staff? Anw, i refuse to extent another week, but seeing my colleague staying late till midnight to finish her work everynight, i couldn't help it but said " ok, i'll stay for TWO days ." Two days ago, my boss sent an email to me, mentioning " Hi Shulin, pls generate the report for the wafer release " Omg, he doesn't even know my name!!! My colleagues were wondering who Shulin was?!?? What kind of boss is that. Even people from other dpt take the effort to rem my name and he? hur, some lousy nonsense boss. I don't critise him in this way just because he called me that. First, he doesn't listen to what his people says. Second, he is damn inflexible. He even controls how his people write an email to the biz partner. *roll eyes* Third, he doesn't care whether his people die or live even though they are being scolded by some managers from other dpt or some other stuffs. Come on lah, as the manager, you are suppose to manage your people and not let them die and rot there. My new colleague just work there for one week, but she already got damn pissed by him and rose her voice at him. "Isn't that what i told you just now?!" What a joke. He simply doesnt listen. Ok, the worst thing is, he doesn't let his people take leave. Even if they take leave and say is for personal reason, he will squeeze out the reason why they want to take leave. In the end, he will just say " sorry, yoy can't take the leave, cos is not the culture and practice in this company " Wa biang. like wth.. And next wk, he will be going on leave for TEN DAYS to go for a hol with his beloved bootlicking gf. That is damn unfair! ( He has a wife, with 2 kids, but he doesnt go holiday with them most of the time. He goes with his good fren, who is a woman, who is married, who always bully people in the company, who is close to the MD ) Ytd was the last day that he will be seeing me, and he dint even bother to say " THANK YOU for working in this company " he just said " What did u study during O lvl ?" Thanks man, how l a m e can he be. There are so many countless stories abt him that i can nv type finish here. We spent more than 1 hr during lunch ytd just to talk abt him.
On thursday, the aunty treated me lunch cos i'll be leaving. Ytd night, i went out with 1,2,3,4,5,6 phillipinoes plus one more friend (not from my company, she was here to save me and prevent me from being kidnapped. lol!) for a chicken rice dinner+++ at novena since they wanted to treat me. Wah, they spent more than 100 plus.. The cereal prawns itself already cost 40bucks. It was a sumptuous meal of cos. I was so busy eating up all the cucumbers cos it good for my face. I need to save my face!! Haha.
To sum up the working experience in this company, Ok la... working during sec 4 that time was more fun. They really took care of me that time and were more united. My colleague mentioned that the smaller the company, the more politics there are. The bigger the company, the less politics there are, which i think is quite true so far.. from what i see and hear from different people each time. Here, I've seen how the weaks are being bullied and can't do anything but remain silent, seen how the incapable ones climb up to be manager, seen how the people are being forced to leave the company.. seen how you should act stupid after your brainless boss keep going after you for suggestions.. Look at weiling's one. Hur, i think she might agree with me. So small company but the politics inside are.. speechless. The current company is so not united and poor management!! Poor professional working ethics seriously. People working in office (not like those in production side) don't even dare to go to pantry for fear being the "hot topic" of the bootlikers.
In a few more days, i won't be going back to that place agn! Haylehluah. Oh,big mush, i saw qy again! Haha.
Wah, my fren's fren, same age as us, is earning twice our pay!! 2.8k per mth. How shiok can that be. Want such pay? Be a relief teacher in schs on wkdays, and work in tuition centre on wkends. Haha.
